2.What a buyer sees first
Before any buyer learns who you are, they read a one-page brief like the one below. It describes your records, not your company. You see it before anyone else does.

3.How it works
A 20-minute call. What records you keep, in which systems, and for how many years.
An anonymous brief. We describe your records to buyers without naming your company, your staff or your customers.
You decide. If a buyer is interested, you see the terms and the de-identification plan before anything is shared. You can say no at any point.
4.What tends to qualify
Years of history. Five years or more of records you still hold.
Work, start to finish. Records that link a request, the work done and the outcome.
Operations, not people. The value is in how the work gets done, not in who did it.
5.Confidentiality
Names and personal details are removed before anything is shared.
Nothing leaves your company before you sign with a buyer. We never ask for raw data before that.
We check what your customer contracts allow before anything moves.
If a license closes, the buyer pays workcost a fee. You pay nothing.
